This spring, Italian chef and TV personality Guy Grossi opened a Roman restaurant in historic Hibernian Hall in Perth City’s East End.
The restaurant, Garum, is situated just below the new Westin 5 star hotel.
Named after a fish sauce used in ancient Roman cooking, Garum is modern, relaxed and simply beautiful. The lighting is exquisite and varied, bringing just the right amount of ambience to daytime lunch meetings or nighttime dinners.
