DARKON has just put out a new fitting — HIP—available in suspended, surface mounted and recessed. Using a unique clip-on “flair” accessory, you can change the style of your fixture to straight, fit or flair for decorative customization. The “flair” accessories double as a glare shield, creating 15mm of recess for the lens. And the integrated light tray creates over 100 exit lumens per watt!

In other DARKON news… In addition to the new opal lens design for even illumination over the diffused surface, DARKON commissioned acrylic lens experts Jungbecker to design a sheet based “FRESNEL ‘ optical refractory system that is compatible across multiple DARKON profiles.
